Dr. Zimmerman's obituary was in the Rapid City Journal online along with an amazing article on him. This explains more about him, what he did for others and a little more about his diagnosis of a very rare form of cancer of the eye. I knew it was rare, but not one in 4 million rare. And the chances of an eye Doctor that treats this area of the eye that got this type of cancer, is even more rare. So sad for all. Makes me smile that they did an article on him though.
